Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
01
How long has 'I Love Music Lessons' been around?
That is an excellent question. We have been providing in-home lessons to students since 2010. We originally started out as a small piano lesson company in a little town in Washington state and now have teachers in 4 states, and are adding more teachers all the time.
02
Where will my lessons take place?
Our goal is to provide students with convenient lessons. At this time, our teachers offer in-home lessons. Lessons in your home are safe, convenient, and highly effective. All instructors must pass a background check prior to going to student's homes. So, you can feel safe with our instructors in your home.
03
How do I pay for lessons?
You can pay for sessions by phone by speaking with an Enrollment Counselor or by signing up for lessons using our online registration form here. You pay for 4 or 8 sessions at a time or register for weekly lessons, which includes 4 sessions per month. Purchasing 4 or 8 sessions is great for someone looking for flexibility and/or who would like to try it out before making a long term commitment. Weekly sessions are perfect for the serious musical student who is ready to dive in and really focus on their music goals.
04
How do I withdraw from lessons?
If you are enrolled in weekly sessions, you can cancel your automatic payments at any time by letting us know in writing to info@ilovemusiclessons.com. Any remaining sessions that you have paid for, you can finish up with your instructor or they can be applied to sessions with any of our teachers. If you have purchased the 4 or 8 session packages, you are free to withdraw from sessions at any time. Any remaining sessions that you have not used can be applied to sessions with your current instructor or can be transfered to another instructor. There are no refunds.
05
What if I don't like my teacher?
Your satifiaction is very important to us! If you decide for whatever reason that you do not want to continue with your current instructor, you may use your remaining sessions toward any of our other instructors. So far, none of our students have never been in this situation, but should this ever arise, we will happily transfer your sessions to another teacher.
